Silent Night Gentle Yoga will softly move the body while taking the mind and spirit to new heights. This practice embraces a gentle or Yin approach to practice with deep stretching and long held postures for the ultimate in stress relief. Enjoy pranayama (breathing techniques) with guided meditations to boost and balance the mental, physical and emotional body. 

Soothing sounds, customized essential oils and hot towel therapy will restore the mind/body to a place of ease.  

When the holiday season is faced paced, Silent Night Restorative Yoga gives the permission to slow down!
